DOES NOT RE-ISSUE.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of YUMI KIM Shop Online. We only refund up to the price of FedEx Ground shipping.

EXCHANGES BY MAIL:
Exchange requests on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in any Yumi Kim store with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).
Items must be unwashed, unworn and all tags attached.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from customer service in order to receive store credit. RA# must be written on the outside of the packaging.
